It's an online gangster fantasy kinda thing where you collect money, weapons, etc. build alliances, enemies, commit crimes, etc. There are already hundreds of other people in it.
It takes a few minutes to figure out how things work and then it's really easy. If you need something to keep you entertained during the day, this is a good time waster.
