Given Up on Aardvark?

I've been out of the recording game for a while. I was playing around on eBay and thought about getting another Aardvark Q10, so I would have 16 inputs. I was surprised at how cheap they were. I found out (I'm slow) Aardvark went out of business. Now I am torn. The Q10 was, and still is, awesome. I would love to have 16 inputs, but I don't want to spend money on something that will become worthless once problems arise. Should I get rid of the Aardvark and go towards a Hammerfall?

your aardvark will only become worthless if you plan to upgrade to new hardware or o/s (ie: amd64 or windowx 64bit).... as long as it works fine on your current computer you're good to go.

hey do you guys have anything recorded on your q10s? I'm wanting to hear what other people's quality is getting to be with the same basic gear.
