Yamaha just announced a new line of Motif workstations and they have some very impressive features. I'll be very tempted to try one.

They have the Triple Strike Piano like the S-90 has, more samples devoted to orchestral sounds, 175 MB in ROM, more insert effects, twice the polyphony-128 voices, small ribbon controller. Shipping in September or October. The price will be about the same as the current Motif's.

Wow! I listened to the MP3's which sound great. I'm a die-hard Roland fan but this could very well be my next keyboard.
