Here are my questions:

[First of all I'm using Reason adapted for digidesign (Pro Tools 6 LE on G5)]

* Is it possible to import a .mid file into Reason adapted for digi?

* And more importantly: is there a software tone generator for general MIDI? Is there a sort of softsynth I can access for the sounds of general MIDI? I know I can save/export as a .mid file with any sequencing software- but how do I hear and record the sound of general MIDI?

Sonar Home studion version 4

When initially working in sonar the message that is displayed is choose MIDI devices that you wish to be displayed. How do you upload the sound devices so that you can create music and hear the playback.
 
Need help with Sonar Home Studio v.4

Anyone know how to move the midi input devices so that you can hear what is played?
