Hi. I was wondering if anyone else owned a FW-1082 and had a problem with the headphone jack. I've owned this mixer for years and do not remember noticing this being an issue, however, I was using a Windows. I just switched to MAC and this is when I really started noticing it.
Seems to be more of an internal digital pulsing that is coming along the line.
I can see and hear that it is in sync with the flashing CLOCK light.
Also, it does not appear to change with volume control. If the volume is down you hear it and increasing the volume of the headphone dial does not increase this noise. Stays constant if you will.
I know there are hum eliminators, but I do not think it would work in this situation. Is there something else someone could recommend that might remove this noise?
