i have a new pair of behringer ECM8000 omni measurement mics that i
would like to trade or sell. one mic has never been opened. the
other was used for about 2 hours to do some acoustic testing in my
studio. both come with full warranty. i will consider a trade for
a single decent quality SD cardioid, or whatever you might have of
similar value that i can use. these little behringers are quite
serviceable for close micing acoustic instruments in a studio
setting, and are a great way to explore what omni mics are like.
they are far nicer than what i would have expected for their price.
they are nearly identical copies of the audix and MBHO measurment
mics, and have been discussed many times on harvey gerst's forum -
harvey recommends them quite highly. i paid $89 for the pair plus
shipping.
