Tame your room's nasty eigentones
I built these bass traps using Ultratouch, which is shredded denim... and, though fire-rated, it doesn't use formaldehyde like the pink stuff, and doesn't itch... and it's absorption coefficients are as good if not better...
All are well built, R21 density, covered in cotton muslin
I placed them straddling the corners of my mixing room, to attack where bass builds up most, though of course they absorb a lot of highs too...
they are flat in shape, so you can also use them flat on the walls if necessary
