I just moved into a new apartment. I have VERY little furniture and I need money to buy some. Also, there is a lot of work I need to do with myself physically and spiritually. I am going to lay low for a good amount of time before I resurface. I eventually want to get back into the recording business, but it's near impossible to record band in an apartment. The only artists I could record would be hip hop, or maybe some acoustic guitar. It's a buzz kill. I knew what I was getting myself into when I moved in by myself. It'll be ok. In the mean time, I'll be accumulating money so when I do want to record again I can purchase some nice equipment and start off right. Now that I've been recording for about 3 years, I know what to look for and what equipment is worth spending X amount of dollars. I will visit the forum from time to time while I am on my recording break. I am selling everything.
