I bought this a few years ago as a cheap easy way to get ADAT lightpipe into my computer. Very low latency and exceptional sound quality.
I'm hoping to get around $125 shipped for it but I'm open to suggestions since I don't need it whatsoever. Its in pristine condition, and comes with everything as new (driver cd, cable, pci card, original box)

Your PM box is full. Yes I am still interested. I have one question about the Gina. Will the headphone output knob control the main outs as well, and act as a volume control for monitors? (this wasn't clear to me from the manual)

yeah i just got an email about the inbox being full.
and no, unfortunately the knob doesn't control the line level outputs, just the headphone amp. however there is a driver software that has volume control (and its fast / can sit in your systray).
