The folks who make Fruityloops are starting up the hype machine for version 3.5. And the beta testers are raving about it. One tidbit that was unearthed today is that Fruityloops as a VSTi will run in Sonar using the fxExpansion VST/DX wrapper!!
What does this mean? Think of it like "rewire". You will be able to load Fruity in Sonar, just as you would any softsynth, and then be able to work in Fruity sequencing loops. When you hit the play button in Sonar, Fruity is synced right in. I don't know the details because I am not a beta tester.
Imagine merging the power of Fruityloops "software studio" and Sonar! THis is good, real good.
