free parametric eq?

do you guys know of a free parametric eq with sweep capabilities? I've been searching but none can sweep and i really need one that has that ability

By definition, all parametrics can "sweep". I think where you might be confused is that sweeping is done manually, not automatically by the EQ.

"Sweeping" simply means that you are taking the "Frequency" control of one of your parametric bands and slowing chnaging it's value. In other words you just manually sweep through the frequencies from low to high or from high to low.
