Fostex MR-8 HD cannot find update file after it is uploaded .

Hi there , I am trying to update my MR-8 . I have the file and correctly uploaded it into the MR-8 disk from my PC . . When I got to update commad it says there are no update files . Anyone else have this problem ? Thanks .PC
 
My Dell system had a total meltdown last week . Three new forum memberships and still unresolved issues . SO I am spread a littel thin. It feels like Friday.
