Hi...not a bad unit, but I recommend the Fostex model 80...same thing but instead of vu meters, it has leds, and is 8 channel selectable. I believe the servo conrols are upgraded also. I have 2 now, had three but sold one to buy 2 adats, but I tend to use the 80's for more "critical" recording. The adats are more "portable" though.
