For those of you who work with various file types, a nice little utility to help you manage them, Foobar2000. It will allow you to put attributes on wave files (like MP3s), convert those files, with the attributes to MP3 (you need to download the LAME.exe file) and various other encoders that you have the plugins for. Nice little tool.
If you are trying to move to a lossless wave format for higher quality, you need a tool to get attributes onto the file. My car audio system will play 16/44 files, and Windows doesn't provide a utility to put song information on it, this tool does it.

Foobar requires command line program, do dll will not work.
