I was challenged to write a song about a commercial product so I said what the heck and tried to do it while blasted on shrooms in all honesty, in a freezing basement. It's a rough demo, tracked to digital in Reaper audio, with the spring reverb run as an effects loop in a steinberg ur22. The spring reverb is a very early Accutronics model dating to 73. The organ is 10 years older and is a 1963 hammond m101. i can definitely change the mix around since it's in digital where with tape I tend to record-over multi channel mixes rather than save em for future edits.
