setup: firestation, 733 g4, os 10.3.0, logic 6.3
i have the exact same problem as this guy

while using the inputs in the back i have a serious gain reduction between an input source and the computer. for example: using a keyboard with a 0db output i go into the firestation and it hits logic at -20, -30 or thereabouts. i have tried the screw pots to adjust the level. but they were already maxed out.
anyone else have this problem? anyone know where i could go to get help?? i am working on presonus as we speak, but so far, i havent gotten anything useful out of them.
