Based on the lyrics I assume you're not seriously trying to create mood music. But just in case, to me the tone on the keys worked against setting the mood. A little "too clean" I think.

My one mix comment would be on the tone you selected for the keys. I associate that tone with more upbeat, pop tunes. Not so much with Marvin Gaye kind of music.
