Final mixes onto disc

Was wondering if there is a CD creater that burns your tracks at the same audio level my final mastered tracks are pretty good but there is a slight difference from one track to the next

There may be but personally I think results are better if you do this manually, listening to the relationship between one track and another.

Figuratively, this is possible. A spectrum analysis of the RMS of certain frequency ranges of a "test" song could be compared to the same of all other songs, and recommendations could be made on which to turn up and turn down in an overall sense. But, it would be just as easy for YOU to spend about 10 minutes going through all the songs and doing this adjustment manually.

perceived "loudness"

Just because two songs are playing at the same decibel doesn't mean they will be the same apparent volume. The human ear best detects high-mid frequencies. A 4kz sound will sound louder than a 50hz sound even if they are the same decibel.

Another point is that some songs (ballads, etc.) are meant to sound slightly softer than more uptempo ones. Best to adjust by ear, as has been pointed out. You don't want a large perceived change from song to song, but some dynamic variance.
