hi guys, i recently purchased the waldorf blofeld rack, and have been having a real game getting it to make friends with ableton.
basically, i'm controlling the blofeld as an external instrument with my mpk midi controller. now, there are 2 problems that i am encountering.
1) after configuring the blofeld so that it communicates with the mpk i am now finding that whenever i try controlling any midi tracks and midi mapping them, the pads and knobs are not assignable in midi map mode.
2) i am finding that none of my audio effects in ableton work with the external instrument. i cannot get a sidechain on the blofeld signal for example.
any help would be great!
