I moved and I want to play drums so I'm making drumset silent. I already have triggers but I need silent drum heads. Anyone ever play mesh? My only question is if they feel the same at all. Anyone?

Pearl has mesh heads that are very cheap, but not for heavy hitters. Hart makes Kontrol Magnum series heads which are a lot more durable, but about 5x the price... check musician's friend for prices. They're backordered until nov. (the pearl series) so check woodwind brasswind WWBW.com I believe. I just bought a set, paid 80 bucks for 5 toms and snare and kick... Hope to have helped
