EMU 1616mPCIe A/D phantom power on one channel only

I have a 2 channel EMU 1616m PCIe A/D-preamp interface. I assumed that my phantom power was only for channel 1. But I read the section on phantom power in the manual and it is my understanding that I should have phantom on both channels.

Do you know how/where I could get the schematic in order to troubleshoot the phantom power and fix it? I think that EMU is now out of business. Should I just buy an external phantom power?

I have the exact same card & yes I have Phantom Power on both channels!, Have you checked that it is the actual channel that's down Eg; put the mic that works in the other channel just to eliminate the possibility?
Sorry don't know where to get a schematic?.
If it is broken there must be somewhere that'll repair it?.
