eLicense troubles

Hey

i got an Arturia analog laboratory program and installed it on my laptop to see what it was like.

after having just acquired a better pc for recording, when i try to get the eLicenser for the program it says its already licensed to one computer and cant be licensed to a second even though i have uninstalled everything on the previous laptop.

anyone know what to do to get it working?

now im having trouble in the cubase 5.. comes up as a VST, everything shows up but no sound is coming out? a level meter is moving (i think its midi) but cannot figure out how to disable it from midi and use it as the stand alone plug in.. any ideas?
