easy bending frets

what a strange question :) The higher on the neck, the easier the bend, or isn't that what you mean? or is it?

Ease of bending depends more on your bridge than the frets. The straightness of the bridge conflicts with the curvature of the neck,so you get a scraping as you bend.Adjust the bridge saddles to follow the curvature of the neck exactly. Also, putting (via trussrod adjustment) a slight upbow in the neck (called "relief") helps to eliminate the buzz when bending strings across the neck.

Fret material if I am not mistaken is composed of nickle, copper and zinc. There 15% & 18% nickel the ladder being the hardest of the two. I personally agree with Tex, jumbos for me are better for bending than the mediums or thins.

Jumbo frets. Thsi allows the string to steer clear of the actual fingerboard. Or a scalloped fingerboard which for some reason has always struck me as extremely gay. (In a viking way).
