How is this mic? I'm looking to use it for bassdrum and guitar. Is it worth the price? How does it sound on the bass drum? I was looking for bassdrum mics when I came along this so I figured I might as well look into it since I would also be able to use it for guitar. Thanks!

i have a pair and i like them very much, but haveing said that...
never tried one on a kik
being omnis they don't get the use they deserve
and remember, with earthworks, what you hear is what you get. that may sound good in theory but more often than not i'm using my mics to color something in a way i want, because a source is rarely perfect.

but when it's the right mic, it's the right mic.
