Dumb Cable connection, laugh spam flame me

as far as cables going from my guitar to amp and to effects and also from my head to cabinet,

are all those cables instrument cables? or is the head to cab speaker cable?

or are they all teh same thing?

You must connect the cabinet to the head via SPEAKER CABLE ONLY! Big difference between instrument and speaker cable. In head to cab connections the cable also acts as a heat conductor. This helps dissipate heat from the tubes etc. The shielding in instrument cable won't let the heat through. There is another reason that slips my mind at the moment maybe someone else can elaborate.

Jay, buddy.... that is incorrect. ;)
Audio cables can generate heat from resistance. But they are not used as a heat conductor/sink.
