drum tracks from pc to mr-8

ive been trying to get wav files from my pc to my mr-8 using wav manager and nothing is working. ive converted the file to mono, it is 44.1kHz/16bit,i named the file tr01.wav and it still doesnt work. the box where it says "select track" never changes . none of the track no. boxes light up. whenever I select the file and hit export, it keeps telling me to "please select wav file". has anyone else had this problem ? if so can you help :

might want to try reinstalling wav manager, sounds like your doing it right, never heard of any problems before, made shure there is the .wav at the end of you tr01 file....
 
Hello Dave,

you can only put wav-files in an existing song on the CF-card. So create an empty song on the CF-card an then copy the file using wav-manager to the MR-8 (card). This works, I did it several times.

thanks , i finally got it. I also had to switch to normal mode , i think the sampling frequencies differ between normal and extended mode.
