Dp-02 home and song buttons not working

I am new to this. I was recording and trying different tracks because I am a new user but now it only will show the play window window. I turned it off then turned by on same thing. Menu works. It is the home and song buttons that don't work. it is stuck on the last recorded song. HELP

Neither my DP-01 or 2488neo have a "song" button. THere is a song selection in the menu. Do you mean that you actually have a song button, or you can't scroll out of song on the menu?

If it's your button, it's likely worn out. If you have repair skills, I saw a product on ebay which you can spray onto the pads of the button so they make contact again. I haven't tried it. Some of these button assemblies can be very hard to put back together at home.
