Does this setup sound okay for using an M-Audio Delta 410?

Hey folks,

I need a soundcard and I see the M-Audio Delta 410 is popular and at a great price.

But I want to make sure my rig is compatible, so here goes....

--I have an AMD 1.6 gig processor with 512 mgs of ram
--My chipset is the VIA Apollo
--I'm recording via my Fostex MR-8
--My edititing/mixing software is N-Track

So, I'm basically asking if anyone knows of any major compatibility issues that would conflict with my chipset or other
hardware.

The Chip set is the VIA Apollo KT266A

I went to the M-Audio website and they no longer list the Delta 410 among their products, so I can't get compatibility info. from them. I know they're blowing these cards out, but jeez.
