Hey!

Im a owner of the soundcard Delta Audiophile 2496. I have just bought a external Egosys Miditerminal 4140 midi interface. I wonder how i can disable the MIDI on my Audiophile so it doesnt get in conflict with midi ports from my external MIDI interface? I use Windows XP.

I have tried this:

Controlpanel > sounds and audio devices > hardware > Delta audiophile properties > midi devices and instruments > delta audiophile and selected "Do not use MIDI features on this device". But then also the audio function gets disabled.

Am i doing right? Is there any way to disable MIDI on audiophile?

please help me.

regards

Do you actually have a conflict? You can typically install a large number of MIDI devices without running into any problems.

Slackmaster 2000

as the Slackster stated, you shouldnt have a problem using both...i have my keyboard hooked up to the audiophiles midi in/out and use the midi on another card for J-Edit with my J-Station.....
