I need help finding a soundcard. I want to connect my AKAI DPS12i multitracker to my PC so I can burn CD's. I currently use RCA cables and cheesy Radio Shack adapters into my Soundblaster LIve soundcard. I have a SCSI port AND "optical outs". I need to record in real time. The Audiophile 2496 seems in my price range. Will it work? I don't want to waste money on one w/ a billion inputs cause I dont multitrack w/ my PC.
