I have not submitted in a while. I thought I would throw this one out.

My friend and I try to get together once in a while and write and record a song all in one evening. Hence we cll ourselves "One night Stand."

I layed down bass,drum machine and guitar while my friend played keyboards.

There are some nice keyboard solos as well as a bass solo (what a surprise;)

clif, i must ask, what pickups are in yuor bass? and what is your bass? i love your sound, it's so deep, and growls..sounds like 2 humbuckers?...i love the song by the way, amazing! i wish my mr-8 recordings sounded this good..

Thanks for listening guys! The bass I used was a yamaha BB5GS 5 string with two active soap bar humbucker pickups (or perhaps it is the electronics that are active?)

It was ran through a boss ME-B bass effets pedal board with minimal EQ and some compression settings.

The tracks were done on the Fostex MR-8 and mixed on cakewalk clubtracks.
