Difference between condenser & capacitor

I'm checking for buy a Audio technica mic like the 3035 or the 4033 and see in the specs the 3035 have a condenser element and the 4033 a capacitor element..... what is the difference between us and wich is the best?

In broad terms, the difference is whether you're speaking American or British. American-condenser British-capacitor. I'm pretty sure the 4033 is a type called electret condenser, a slightly different animal. I don't know about the other. My tube, your valve- whatever-Richie

Atually in a technical sense the condencer mics act like capacidors. as the dynamics use inducters.
