Delta 66

I have been looking at the Delta 66 from M-Audio.

I want a card that is 6 in / 6 out. However, at M-Audio's web site, as well as Musician's Friend, it looks like it is only 4 / 4.

Does anyone know?

analog = analog line-ins (the 66 has 4 of 'em)
s/pdif = digital ins (the 66 has 2 of 'em) - obviously, in order to utilize the digital ins you need something with digital out in the s/pdif format. something like an A/D converter or a preamp with digital outs would work (eg. one of the new ART TPS preamps has 2 digital outs).
 
Ok, maybe I am coming at this the wrong way then.

Is there a card out there that will provide 6 ANALOG in's (I do not need that many outs), comparable quality and price?

Digital In's are not useful to me at this time.

I don't know of any 6 input cards.

The next jump up is 8 inputs - Delta 1010, Aardvark products etc.
 
if you dont need the s/pdif ins go with the Delta 44, unless you plan on using them in the future.....
 
or you can get the Delta 1010lt ($329) but your converters may be a tad less quality , no breakout box, and inputs are RCA unbalanced...but it does come with 2 decent preamps.....
