Delta 410 - can't get mixer faders to work

I've just installed a Delta 410, and the faders in the output mixer section don't have any effect on the line level coming out when I play wav files. The only way I can control output volume is in the bass management section, by using the volume slider in the general settings. The metering of the faders reflects the level, but the sliders have no effect.

I've downloaded the most recent driver, to no effect (Win ME, BTW). I've probably neglected to check a box or a setting somewhere. Any ideas?

Look on the driver control panels patchbay/router tab. You should spot the h/w out 1/2 to work off the monitor mixer rather than wave out 1/2.
