I received this as part of a computer trade not too long ago, and after having it sit on my desk for a few months, I finally came to the conclusion that this thing is way overkill for what I need right now 
It is basically like new -- there's a few scratches from rackmounting, that's it.
Includes everything you would get with it new -- power supply, manual, original box, driver disk (also a burnt cd with updated drivers), host cable, and a sonic foundry "demo" cd.
I'm asking $380 + shipping. OR, I'm definately interested in a trade if someone is looking to upgrade from their Delta 44/66, or other comparable 4 input soundcard (+ some $ or something else for the difference in cost), as I will be buying one to replace this anyways.
