Delta 1010 with the Tiger MPX S2466N-4M motherboard

Anyone using the Delta 1010 with the Tiger MPX S2466N-4M motherboard? I'm having a few problems and need some help narrowing it down.

Dual Atlon MP 2000+
ATI Radeon 7000ve 64mb video
Nuendo
(3) Delta 1010s
7200 rpm drives
512 mb kingston non reg ram
Promise 133 64bit PCI raid for data drives


System periodically (three times last night) hangs while using Nuendo and a continuoes high volume tone comes out the sound card outs when it hangs.
