cubase SX or SL?

i'm thinking of buying cubase and i think that cubase SL will be good for me, but i want to see some side by side specs (like #audio tracks, #of vsti's, #of inserts per channel, etc.) i couldn't find a comparison like that on steinberg's website. does anyone have a link to a chart as such? i want to know exactly what the difference is between the two. the website just mentions "some" automation and surround is not available on SL.


also, if i am using SL and collaberating with a friend who has SX, is everything compatable (aside from surround, and whatever else is missing in SL)?
