Cubase question

Hello,

I remember when i first started useing cubase that i would be able to move a clip in between the bar count. for eg:

1 2 3 4

i would be able to put the clip in either 1 2 3 or 4..but now its not letting me. i can only put the track at either 1 or 4. is there a setting that i might have turned off?

make sure your snaps are correct

You must have bumped your 'snap to' settings.
