Cubase & multiple monitors?

Hi, I have computer using two monitors, and I couldn't seem to figure out how to move the effects,plugins or mixer panel into another window. the idea is having two views, input channels and mixers panel, plugins in separate monitors. Ta

I have SE3. I don't think the plugs can be placed outside the application window. I stretch the Cubase app window across both monitors, then the project window only across one monitor. That leaves blank space on the second monitor where I place the plugs.

The transport controls can be placed outside the app window, I don't know why the plugs can't be.
