Hi everyone, I have got loads of plug in effects (VST) on my Cubase SX3. I use to be able to preview them before i applied them to my tracks. Now when i press preview, theres no sound. I can play tracks in the normal view window with all the tracks lined up, but i can't preview the effect. Also, i noticed that when playing music in Windows Media Player, sounds only comes out the left speaker. In cubase sound comes out both. Is it something to do with my sound card? This only has happened recently and i don't know how to change it.

sounds as though you've somehow changed your preferences settings... what have you done to it recently??? any kind of upgrade in hardware or software???that will give you a good place to start on undoing it...
