Mix is pretty solid! Some of the panning (hi-hat and some of the cymbals sound 100% right...other cymbals sound 100% left) is a lot distracting to the song.
Nice work on the guitar layering. Sounds great for the genre.
Drums sound really sharp.
Bass is very well done, although completely unremarkable.
Liked the vocals and harmonies!

Vocals are solid, and you've mixed the elements you have pretty well.
I don't know exactly how to describe my criticism, except to say that for a "rock" mix, a lot of the elements sound fake. The drums sound fake, even the guitars sound fake, which is weird.
Really cool song. I guess it's sort of an artsy-fartsy comment, but I want it to sound more organic. If "too perfect" is a criticism, then there ya' go!
