Continually Increasing Tempo on a Click Track

What's the best way to do this? My band has a song where the tempo doubles over 20 bars. Is the only way to do this increasing the tempo by 4-5 bpm on each bar? (This is how I did it.. just wondering if there's a better way)
 
What do you use for your click track ? I think i found out once that Cubase has the possibility to 'speed up' ... somewhere in it's tempo map page...

Isn't this a case of RTFM ?

Well.. it doesn't continuously speed up through the whole song, just through a certain section. Goes from 110 bpm - 220 bpm over 20 measures. It's just a part of our song that each time we play it it speeds up, and then finally kicks into a heavy section.
 
From memory good ol' Hairway to Steven speeds up about 30 bpm from start to finish.

Don't know of anyway to do it gradually, unfortunately, but interesting concept - sort of like a timing fader control...
