Hi Ive not been back to this forum for some time but am now making the step from recording friends bands and the like on my own pc to setting up and running a full studio and have found a lot of the threads very informative.
With the budge available, i have set aside about £2000 for the pc and £1000 - £1500 for an audio interface. I am hoping that youll be able to give me some advice on the best way to spend this money.
Currently i am planning to run Sonar 6 so am after a 64 bit pc, but thats as far as i know about the specks. for the audio interface im after a minimum of 16 inputs, preferably firewire, but any suggestions are welcomed.
