compressor setting plzz help, im lost!

Whatever sounds good.

(you cant set up stuff by presets.... every recording chain, equipment list and room is DIFFERENT.)
 
Ok - without hearing the track, here is a good starting point.

Set the attack to fairly slow, release to fairly fast. Adjust the input until you are getting 5-6 db of GR in the louder parts. See how that sounds. It's pretty impossible to say without hearing the tracks though....

........and start with the ratio at about 3:1

Do some reading up on compression though, every single situation is unique, and you need to know the hows and whys of the controls to make a compressor work right. These initial seting suggestions should get you headed in the right direction though.
