What are the dimensions of the live room? I just built a room that looks about that size and I'm having huge problems with early reflections and phase on my overhead mics. I was wondering if you were noticing the same thing. I've been considering building the side wall absorbers on John Sayers' site.

Live room dimensions
It's 25' x 12' by 7' 1'' with an over hang dropping to 6' 4'' over 6' 7'' of the 25' length. I think that little detail and a desk with drum cases on the end not visible tends to break of some bad reflections in the room.
