Cleaning up tracks

Hey everyone. I'm wondering if there is a program or machine out there that can take the background noise out of live tracks.

For example: we recorded a concert live and have audience members talking on our tracks. My sound guy also got a little too hot on the PA and we had feedback in the track.

Can either of these be fixed by a program or machine? You know, like they show in the movies and tv where cops are isolating and removing sounds from a tape they're listening to...

It's pretty much impossible to take out intermittant noises. You can remove a constant noise like a buzz or hum but removing talking and feedback while the music is playing can't really be done without really screwing up the sound.

the only thing you can do is running it through a good eq, filtering out every frequency that is not music but talking or feedback, but it won't help that much...
