"Cleaning" my computer

This is kind of a general and rather ambiguous question, I know, but I'm wondering if anyone has any advice for me.
I have a decent PC with XP (I know, I know....) that's running PT 7 and my digi002 rack. I haven't been having any issues so far, it runs great, I'm just wondering if there are any things I could do to remove a lot of the junk that was pre-installed on my computer.
The less crap on my computer the better!

This is a great util that will remove temp files and free up hard drive space.
I ran it on one PC at work and it freed up over 10gb of disk space

Could they have put any more hints that it's good for getting rid of evidence that you've been looking at porn??

What's the difference between this and the Disk Cleanup in xp?
