"classic" radio shack mics

i know that the old radio shack pzm mics were made by crown, but i understand some of their older highballs were made by shure. any idea which ones, and if they're worth a damn? i have an old highball-2 and a highball-7, and though i'm pretty damned happy with the response of my audix om-3xb's, it couldn't hurt to have more useful mics :)

the PZM mike is an electret where the charge on the plates is a static charge - as opposed to a condensor where the charge is generated in the mike using phantom power. over time the static charge eventually dissipates and the quality goes off
