"Clannad" sound

Seriously now:

What effects unit can be recommended to get that "Clannad" sound as on their recording of "Harry's Theme" ?

Baz.
 
The main element to that sound is a lot of overdubbed vocal harmonies. Delay, chorus and reverb effects can help fill it in.
