cheapest mr8 yet?

I feel your pain!

It's the price we impatient people pay. Just like when the 1 gig hard drives came out... I couldn't wait....

Try to console yourself with the knowledge of the unit you've gained, and the knowledge of recording in general!

I will wait for the technology to come down in price before my next upgrade, my pessimism and advancement of age have made me a bit more patient, without the virtue of patience.

Besides, it's probably a returned MR8 that caught on fire, or the buttons collapsed, or electrocuted its unfortunate owner...
